Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of engraved products, personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
